Berlin Elementary fifth graders have been working diligently over the last few weeks researching, collaborating, and preparing for a debate in ELA. Students were posed with this question, “Should Zoos Exist?”. Read more here.
Mrs. Kneer’s fourth grade students recently gave a presentation to Mrs. Laz and Mrs. Bersaw’s 4th grade class, helping them to learn more about the Erie Canal. Read more here.
The Berlin Middle High School held a practice lockdown drill this morning March 10, 2022 to help keep students and staff safe. The drill allows BMHS to practice safety procedures and ensures police are familiar with our building in the event of an emergency. Thank you to law enforcement for assisting with this drill and their commitment to keeping our students safe.
Berlin CSD Director of Exceptional Education Samantha Brewer and BES Speech-Language Pathologist Heather Riccardi recently enlisted Jordyn Sims Pierce, MS, CCC-SLP, ATP Speech-Language Pathologist and Assistive Technology Specialists, to help explore new assistive technology tools and think creatively about how best to meet each student’s individual needs.
