Mrs. Kneer’s fourth grade students recently gave a presentation to Mrs. Laz and Mrs. Bersaw’s 4th grade class, helping them to learn more about the Erie Canal.
They presented a slideshow that included facts about Westward Expansion, the pros and cons of the Erie Canal, and other important historical facts and details.
Mrs. Kneer’s class also made Erie Canal related dioramas, out of shoeboxes, to represent the Erie Canal, a boat carrying goods through the locks that were sold or traded, and cities from Albany to Buffalo. -Mrs. Kneer
