Vision:
The Berlin CSD Business Office will enable all staff and students the fiscal needs necessary to either learn or impact learning for the success of all students.

Mission:
The primary mission of the Berlin Central School District Business Office is to preserve, enhance and support the district’s financial, physical and human resources. In order to achieve these goals, we must challenge the actions of all district departments to ensure the activities proposed and resources requested reflect sound business judgment and support the overall goals and mission of the district.
