BMHS Mountaineers Attend 6th Annual Youth Summit
The 6th Annual Youth Summit was held on March 7, 2024, at The Capital Center of Albany. Berlin Middle High School had thirteen students in attendance this year along with BMHS teachers Ms. Hammond and Ms. Marbot. Find out more about it here.
Important Berlin CSD Calendar Updates and Information
This year Berlin CSD’s Spring Break begins on Friday, March 29th and classes will resume on Tuesday, April 9, 2024. The district has used three emergency closures this school year and has three emergency closing days left that do not need to be made up. Barring the need to use anymore of these allotted emergency closure days, the district will be closed on the following dates: April 8, May 24 and May 28. Please review all the district calendar amendments for the 2023-2024 school year and Solar Eclipse safety tips and information here.
RPI Ambassadors Visit BMHS To Inspire and Present Engineering Breakthroughs and Challenges
On March 14th, Berlin Middle High School’s Science Department hosted ten Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) Engineering Ambassadors (EAs), to present four engineering breakthroughs and real-world challenges. The RPI EA program has been visiting BMHS’ Science department for over ten years and each year has created unique presentations and labs tailored to each 6-12th grade science class. Berlin Middle High School seniors Mason Garhartt and Levi Dodge are currently enrolled in the Questar III BOCES Automotive Technologies program at the Robert H. Gibson Technical School in Troy, NY.
