We celebrate the wonderful staff who transport our Mountaineers and BNL student-athletes daily. Join us in thanking the district’s bus drivers, attendants, supervisors, and mechanics who make a difference in our community every day.

Unused Emergency Closing Day: No School May 22, 2026
Please be advised that the district has one unused emergency closure day remaining for the 2025-2026 school year. As a result, the district calendar will be adjusted to reflect no school for all students on Friday, May 22nd. A reminder that school will not be in session on Monday, May 25 in observance of Memorial Day. Classes will resume on Tuesday, May 26th. Read on here.

BCSD Community Book Club This Evening at 6 pm
Join our community book club! We will be reading ‘The Anxious Generation: How the Great Rewiring of Childhood Is Causing an Epidemic of Mental Illness’ by, Jonathan Haidt, to discuss the impact of screen time on students and families.
