Mrs. Gilbert’s Students Study Elements of a Story and Get a History Lesson
Mrs. Gilbert’s 6th grade students are studying elements of a story through reading the book Number the Stars by Lois Lowry. Read more about how Mrs. Gilbert saw an opportunity for cross curricular integration and called on high school Mountaineers to help out here.
Mountaineers Visit ADK Studios
Berlin CSD’s Art teacher Ms. DeCelle and Technology teacher Mrs. Wetmore lead a field trip of both Visual Arts and Technology students to Adirondack (ADK) Studios in Argyle, NY on October 20th.
BCSD Holds Assemblies to Honor Veterans
“Our gatherings are just one small spark in the flame of pride that burns across the nation today and every day. It’s not a lot, but it’s one small way we can honor those who have made the ultimate sacrifice so that we can live in freedom,” BMHS Principal Brownell. Our BHS October Artist of the Month is…Senior Danny Rivera! Active National Art Honor Society President, Danny is in Intermediate Studio and Painting classes this year and is making some amazing work so far! Read more here.
