Vendor Registration

Please complete this form to reserve a space at the Family Fun/Wellness Fair.

The exhibitor space is free, however, we ask that you donate one of your vendor items to our student council silent auction table in which the proceeds will go towards the SMITH Family 5K Scholarship Fund and the student council account. Exhibitors may begin setting up at 8:00 am.

2024 Ultimate Salad Bowl Competition at The Family Fun Day on May 18, 2024

This competition is open to anyone. Please complete this form to reserve a space for the Salad Bowl competition.

Ultimate Salad Bowl Competition Rules/Guidelines:

1. Your salad can be any type of salad (hot/cold/pasta/fruit/greens, etc.)

2. You must provide a visible card with all of the ingredients in the salad and the name of your salad.

3. The name of your salad should be included on the top of your ingredients.

4. The winner will receive a Large Salad bowl with goodies, 5K Smith customized apron and bragging rights!

5. You need to provide individual sample bowls/plastic ware.

7. People will vote on the best overall salad.

8. Competition: 10am-12:00. The winner will be announced at 12:30

9. You will be provided one table, chair, and electric if needed.

Berlin water bottles will be given out to the first 75 people who sign-up for the 5K!

8th Annual SMITH Run/Walk 5K

Saturday, May 18, 2024

*5K starts at 9am (In-Person or Virtual)

Family Fun Fair 9am-1pm

This year we will be again asking businesses to donate any amount they want. We are not doing t-shirts this year. For businesses that donate, we will use their logo to put on posters at the run.

*The 2024 5k run/walk proceeds will go to The Berlin SMITH Scholarship – The SMITH Scholarship will go to a graduating Berlin student who demonstrates the following qualities: Service-Merit-Integrity-Truth-Honor in honor of Bob Smith, a Berlin Graduate.

In 2023, we were able to offer three $1,000 SMITH Scholarships to three graduating students who applied for the Scholarship because of last year’s generous donations.
