*The 5k and 1 Mile Fun Run proceeds will go to the following:
1. The Berlin SMITH Scholarship
The SMITH Scholarship will go to a graduating Berlin student who demonstrates the following qualities: Service-Merit-Integrity-Truth-Honor in honor of Bob Smith, a Berlin Graduate.
2. The Children’s Hospital at Albany Medical Center
There will be a Health and Wellness Carnival going on during the 5K and 1 Mile Fun and continuing until 12pm. We will have a variety of free activities for the young and old alike. The focus for this event is as follows: Mental Wellness, Financial Wellness, Physical Wellness and Social Wellness/Safety. Starting at 9am at the top of each hour there will be games, presentations, and fun. There will be activities for all ages, food, door prizes, and many local vendors/businesses sharing their expertise.
The 5K race will start in the Berlin Middle/High School parking lot at 9 a.m (race day registration 8-8:30 a.m).

There is a registration fee for both walkers and runners:
5K (3.1Mile) Registration received by March 27 – ($20.00)
Registration received after March 27 until Race day – ($25)
5K *Berlin students, register by March 27 — $10 (if registering online see Mrs. Gilbert for online code for students)
*Registration received by March 27 will be guaranteed a t-shirt!
1 Mile Fun Run Registration received by March 27- ($10.00)
Registration received after March 27 until Race day – ($15.00)

Set up: 8 am
Selling 9 am-12:00 pm
Space is free! Each vendor is requested to donate an item to be raffled off as a door prize. Electric is available, but vendors must bring their own extension cord.
If interested, complete and return Vendor form to wellness@berlincentral.org. For more information or with any questions, call Amanda Hayes or Michele Corsey at 518-658-1500. Vendor form may also be dropped off or mailed to school.
