Congratulations to Berlin Elementary School students Lilly Bonesteel, Trent Hastings, Brave Morstad, Levi Sroka and Sophia Zinna. The fifth-grade students were honored on the evening of May 8th, at Hudson Valley Community College for receiving the 2023 Capital Zone Sandra G. Morley Physical Education Student Leadership Award.

This award is given to students who show leadership and excellence in physical education. The criteria for the award…

• Demonstrates leadership and is a positive influence on peers.

The students were recognized and celebrated along with students from all over the Capital Region who also received the award.
