Berlin CSD Superintendent of Schools Mr. Joseph Dhara along with other regional district superintendents met with State Senator Michelle Hinchey and Counsel to the NY Governor, Terrance Pratt on Thursday, February 16th. The meeting was an education advocacy meeting with the following goals in mind: making the certification process easier and more effective; increasing capital outlay to 250K; modifying the foundation aid formula and increasing state aid to schools including rural schools; and increased funding for mental health needs.Â
