Recently the Berlin Middle High School Physical Education and Health Department went to the New York State Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance (NYS AHPERD) Conference. This conference held annually offers 200 unique programs to choose from covering a wide variety of topics and incorporating the latest findings on engaging students in physical education, health education and activity programs. BMHS Physical Education teacher Ms. Honsinger attended an outdoor education program and had some of her 6th and 7th grade PE students collaborate and problem solve to set up and take down a tent.
