BNL Modified Girls Soccer vs Hoosic Valley Coach Recap

BNL Modified Girls Soccer 10/14 away game against Hoosic Valley was beyond my expectations. It truly left me speechless that the girls’ modified team had come together to play as a team greater than any anticipated hopes I had…just wow… with a 6-2 win they walked away from a clean played game with more self esteem than I have seen this season and as a coach I can tell you I was bursting with pride that I could say there’s my girls, every win is a result of a fine tuned team and that they are, with Ms. Emma Shorter once again taking the ball to the net for 3 bringing in her 2nd hat-trick of the season, Ms. Elliot Smith  taking it in fearlessly for 2 goals, and an assist and Ms. Allie Manchester with her first school career goal, these ladies were backed up by the midfield monster pair of Ms. Clair Schaapok who gave 2 assists and relentless domination over her opponents as always, her partner Ms. Maddie Prusky came in with another selfless game giving her teammates 3 assists.  The defense was on point only letting a handful of balls to cross over the half field they were a force to be reckoned with and Anna Ward gave her usual stellar performance in the goal.  Well done ladies… just plain Well done.-Coach Bridgie
