BNL Boys Varsity Soccer vs Tamarac
BNL 3 – Tamarac 1
BNL clashed with Tamarac for their second meeting of the season but first league match up. 10 mins into the half Mikel Romano dribbled by 3 Tamarac defenders to score the teams first goal. Not too long after Logan Healy was able to find Mikel for his second goal of the game. BNL kept firing shots off the rest of the half but Tamarac had paid the goal posts off. Kristjon Culbertson was busy all afternoon coming off his line to keep Tamarac out of the net in the first half. Quickly after the start of the second half, Tamarac’s Owen Blakesley was able to find the back of the net putting his team back within 1 goal. Two minutes later BNL responded with a great push from Gabriel Heart who found Jared Bruns trailing behind for a goal. BNL’s back line played strong and the game ended 3-1. -Coach Burhans
