BNL Boys Varsity Soccer vs Waterford 9/12
BNL Boys Varsity Soccer played Waterford under the Lights, and Waterford came right out ready to go. Waterford was calm and strong on the ball in the first half and was able to find Josh Catanzarita two times to make it 2-0 into the half. BNL had opportunities in the second half to even up the score but couldn’t keep the ball between the posts. Josh Catanzarita would again find the goal twice in the second half to end the game 4-0. Defensive efforts from Dylan Saviano and Kristjon Culbertson kept the fordians from opening up the floodgates the entire game. The team looks to bounce back against neighbors Tamarac Wednesday afternoon at home @4:30. In the first meeting between Tamarac this year, BNL came out victorious in a thriller 2-1 game. -Coach Burhans

The BNL Girls Varsity Volleyball lost to Hoosick Valley 3- 0. The scores were 23-25, 23-25, and 15 -25. 0-3 in league. The team is getting closer to that win. Stick with it girls. – Coach Slaver
