The “Artist of the Month” award is a High School level award for our most dedicated students in The Visual Arts. These students are often the most academically successful because of great effort on their pieces and devotion to their craft.
Congratulations to March’s Artist of the Month, Britney Barto (Grade 11) and April’s Artist of the Month Jake Bosso (Grade 11)!
Britney is a hardworking artist in both Sculpture & Ceramics and Media Arts classes – always bringing a creative, colorful flair to her pieces. Seemingly never out of ideas and a meticulous attention to detail, Britney thrives in The Arts. Congrats Brit!
Jake is a thriving ceramicist in Intermediate Studio class – making several pots and glazed ceramic pieces this year. Jake is particularly skilled on the wheel, throwing larger vessels each time. Congrats Jake! Keep up the great work!
