During the last week of the 2nd quarter, Ms. Overocker’s BMS 6th grade Computer/Library Science Class explored the relationship between speed, distance and time traveled using Sphero Robots. The students learned to program the coding robots, moving them from point to point and turning different angles throughout the library.
“It is wonderful to watch the students’ determination while programming their robot’s movements,” said Ms. Overocker, as she observed the students engaging in problem solving skills and teamwork to succeed.
