The Magic Years is a five-part, six-hour, researched-based parent/caregiver education program for parents/caregivers of children from birth – 4-years-old.

Parenting topics include strategies on how to manage parent and child stress, understand the stages of child development, and how to best support these stages. We will discuss how to set up (or better manage) routines surrounding bedtime, bathing, family meals and toilet training. We will also better understand parenting styles and learn strategies for positive discipline tools that really work.

The Magic Years also includes a nutrition lesson led by a registered dietitian. During this lesson you will learn nutrition basics when it comes to feeding yourself and your family, practical tips to create healthy habits, and ways to save money at the grocery store.

Certificates of completion will be awarded to those who attend all five sessions in full. Participants will also be asked to complete a pre and post survey.
