Please find the message emailed home to all BMHS families on 11/7 from Principal Bernsley. The message was regarding the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire that will be given to BMHS Mountaineers on Wednesday, November 8th. Read the full message below.

Dear BMHS Community Members,

We would like to inform you about the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ), an important tool that we are using to gain insights into your child’s well-being and behavior. The SDQ is a widely recognized questionnaire designed to assess your child’s strengths and areas of difficulty. It is a short 25 item questionnaire and will be administered in all Social Studies classes on Wednesday, November 8th.

We believe that understanding your child’s strengths and difficulties is essential for providing the best support and guidance. The SDQ covers various aspects of your child’s emotional and behavioral development, and the information gained here is invaluable in helping us tailor our approach to your child’s specific needs.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding the SDQ or your child’s development, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We are here to support you and your child on their journey to success.

Thank you for your continued partnership in your child’s education and development.

Warm regards,

David Bernsley
