A note from the MS/HS health office,
Per Education Law Article 19 and regulations of the Commissioner of Education, Health Examinations of students are required:
Entering the school district for the first time, and in grades Pre-k or K, 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 and 11
To participate in Athletics
The school physician will be at the MS/HS campus November 7, 2023 to provide physicals to those students that have not met this requirement. Parents/guardians may be present for the exam. Updated student health examination forms can be faxed to 518-658-0483.
