New York State is waiving application fees for over 130 SUNY, CUNY, and private schools throughout the month of October. SUNY will be offering up to 5 free applications from 10/16-10/29 and CUNY will be waiving fees for all New York State residents who will apply as a freshman from 10/16-10/31.
