On Saturday February 11th, the Berlin Middle School Science Olympiad team took on eight other teams from the Capital Region at the Capital Regional Science Olympiad Competition. Our team prepared for months to compete in 21 different STEM events. The team finished in fourth place overall and brought home eight sets of medals! The team medaled in the events of Anatomy and Physiology, Crave the Wave, Dynamic Planet, Flight, Green Generation, Roller Coaster, Sound of Music and Wheeled Vehicle.

Congratulations to Savannah Hammon, Emma Scraper, Rachel Smith, Luke Turetsky, Roddy Gardell, Norah Smerdon, Valentina Popov, Markell Popov, Damon Vickery, Chloe Hart and Summer Levin.
