W.E.B. Activity: Maintaining Emotional Balance

The objective of the lesson was to talk about the importance of handling stress by maintaining balance in your life.
Maintaining balance in life is important as we take on more responsibilities. Knowing what we need to do to stay balanced is important.

We completed 2 different lessons:
1) Making Choices: Decision Making:
Objective: To realize the impact of the decisions we make.
“Sometimes we have to make decisions quickly, with little information and must rely on intuition, make the decision and don’t even know whether it will be a good or bad decision. Other times we have plenty of time and information about the decision to be made and still struggle”

2) Cooperation and Competition: Sometimes It’s Just Not Fair:
Objective: To understand that competition directly impacts our relationships so we should be very aware of it.
Finding the balance of competition and cooperation is a challenge that continually comes about in our lives. Sometimes we can gain much from competing and other times we may gain more with cooperation.”
