Important Immunization Information

IMPORTANT IMMUNIZATION INFORMATION from the Health Office.

Just a reminder – Per New York State Public Health Law Section 2164, all students must be up-to-date with immunizations within 14 days of the first day of school.

For this school year, any student that is not up-to-date or “in process”, MUST be excluded from school, EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 20, 2022.

Please call your health-care provider to make sure your child is up to date and make an appointment ASAP for your child to receive an immunization if one is needed. 

Please call the health office to notify the nurse of your child’s appointment date.

If your child received a notice indicating an immunization is needed and you have verified with your child’s doctor the immunization has been received, please have your doctor fax updated immunization records to:
