The HVCC-Credit Survey of Art History class recently had a classroom debate : “Who is the best Baroque painter?” where students had to research and present about their chosen Artist from that art historical period. Complete with dressing up and pounding gavels, students had fun constructively arguing with one another to state their case. We have some future Mountaineer lawyers on our hands! 
 
HVCC Survey of Art History is an opportunity offered to any student grades 10-12 and earns students six college humanities credits. You can find a video about the course and why it would be beneficial to take below.
