Students from the Berlin Middle School student council each received a congratulatory letter today from Rensselaer County legislators. The students were all appointed to their positions in October with the goal of creating opportunities for student’s voices to be heard, and events for students to get involved in our school and community.

Today Berlin MSHS principle Mrs. Brownell and student council advisor Mrs. Gilbert handed out the letter from the legislatures congratulating the students on all of their hard work. The letter signed by county legislators Bruce Patire and Jeffrey Wysocki said “All of these students should be proud of their accomplishments. They are eager to succeed, and willing to work hard and in turn set good examples for their classmates. It has been a challenging couple of years for many students, so it is great to see that your students’ dedication to learning has not changed.”

Congratulations to all the student council members!
