BNL Modified Girls Soccer vs. Hoosick Falls 9/28

In a great matchup for their first home game, BNL Girls Modified won 5-1 against Hoosick Falls. With their best playing so far this season, the team had good communication and worked well together. The offense was unstoppable as they looked for open teammates and made great passes. Vivienne Powers (NL) and Lilly Meyers (Berlin) scored 2 goals each, and Celia Bautista (Berlin) scored her first goal of the season. Great game ladies!

BNL Modified Boys Soccer vs. Hoosick Falls 9/28

The boys modified soccer team continued to improve, playing another strong game yesterday against Hoosick Falls, coming up just short 1-0. Jack Healy played an incredible game in goal, making some difficult saves to keep the team within striking distance. Keep fighting and keep shooting boys!

BNL Varsity Boys Soccer vs. Hoosick Falls 9/28
BNL 4 v. Hoosick Falls 1

What a wonderful day to be a member of the Berlin New Lebanon Soccer family.  It was nice, cool, but sunny, and BNL came out quick and moved the ball to take an early lead.  The game ebbed a bit as BNL sat back and Hoosick Falls went on the attack.  But in the end having a healthy and active group of players to come off the bench made all the difference for us.  Goals scored by Wyatt Powers, Danny Hunt, and two from Gabriel Hart.  Kevin Chitternden commanded the backline and made some great saves in the goal.  Great job by Forest Chaput who seems to be capable of playing any position on the field and playing them well. Shout out to Brady Beckwith who continues to create positive plays and works hard for the team.

BNL Girls Varsity Volleyball vs. Cambridge 9/29

The BNL Girls Varsity Volleyball team started off on fire against Cambridge. The girls didn’t finish as strong as they started in their last three games and lost in four sets. The team is only playing with seven and is hopeful they will have the rest of the team back from injuries soon. Their record stands at 1-7.
