On May 19th, New York State legislators viewed and experienced the 36th New York State Art Teachers Association Legislative Exhibit, a student exhibit connecting aspiring artists, educators, and families from across New York. Berlin CSD had the distinction of having two Mountaineers selected to represent New York State’s youth and share their personal perspectives on art during the formal presentation, with BMHS art educator Mrs. DeCelle co-chairing the event, and six Mountaineers’ artwork exhibited. Berlin Elementary’s 5th Annual Night of the Arts is Thursday, May 28th at 6:30 pm (Mountaineers arrive at 6:15 for warm-up) featuring the 3rd, 4th & 5th Chorus and 4th & 5th Band at the Berlin Elementary Gymnasium.
The Berlin Elementary 1st & 2nd Grade Chorus Concert is on Friday, May 29th from 9:30 am – 10:30 am at the Berlin Elementary Gymnasium.
Families may view the BES Art Show at their Mountaineers’ concert.

Please find a letter from Berlin CSD Superintendent Ken Rizzo with an update about the 2026-2027 BCSD Budget Revote here. A budget workshop will be held at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, May 26 in the Berlin Middle High School (BMHS) auditorium. Residents will vote on Tuesday, June 16 from 12-9 pm in the cafeteria of Berlin Middle High School.
