MISSION STATEMENT

Adopted May 4, 2022

The mission of the Berlin-New Lebanon Merged Sports Committee is to foster a stable, equitable, and prideful athletic environment by identifying the needs and preferences of all student athletes and affiliated stakeholders where every athlete/team is able to maximize their potential. As needs and preferences are identified, the committee (including subcommittees) will gather information, research solutions, help develop best practices, and make recommendations and/or suggestions for growth and future planning to the school boards.
