We are incredibly proud of our student-athletes for demonstrating exceptional sportsmanship both on and off the field. Special thanks to our dedicated coaching staff, Girls Varsity Coach Aaron Kanofsky, Boys Varsity Coach Ismael Avelino, and Assistant Coach Rick Beauchemin, for their outstanding leadership throughout the tournament.
Congratulations to BNL Athletic Directors Ms. Meghan Reynolds and Ms. Valene Synakowski, who worked as a team during their first major event together. It was wonderful to see such camaraderie, and we look forward to a bright future for BNL athletics under their leadership.
We also extend our gratitude to BNL Secretary Candy Hudson, the Berlin and New Lebanon Transportation Departments, the New Lebanon Buildings and Grounds team, the tournament referees, line runners, scoreboard operators, and our National Anthem singers for their vital contributions.
A massive shout-out goes to the BNL Booster Club for making this tournament so extraordinary and for offering great ways for the community to support the BNL Soccer program. From selling BNL pride t-shirts, cowbells, and stickers to hosting raffles, managing top-notch concessions, and coordinating line runners and anthem singers, your dedication is unmatched.
THANK YOU to the Booster Club team: Co-Presidents Shannon Gardell and Candy Hudson; Secretary Jessica Valcik; Treasurer Penni Eggsware; and Voting Members Andrea Kozel-Kinnon, Kim Collen, Beth LaGrange, Jessikka Kreutziger, and Tanya Saunders and all the volunteers who cooked, donated items, and generously gave their time to support the event.
Go BNL!!
