The Museum of Fine Arts (MFA) in Boston, MA was visited by 50 Mountaineer artists on Monday, May 4th! Students toured the various exhibits from the Ancient Egyptians all the way to Contemporary Art! It is an important part of our High School Visual Arts coursework to be exposed to artists from Art History and cultures. To see some of that famous art in person is a special opportunity. Thank you to Ms. DeCelle, Ms. Montgomery Breh, Mama Tiger and Mama Morgan for being our chaperones for the day, as well as all of our artists for their great behavior and enthusiasm on the trip. Looking forward to planning the next one! – Mrs. Colbert, BHS Art Educator
