The “Artist of the Month” award is a High School level award for our most dedicated students in The Visual Arts. These students are often the most academically successful because of great effort on their pieces and devotion to their craft.

Leyonie Reed (Grade 11)
Spending every free minute she has in the Art Studio, Leyonie has the true spirit of an artist who enjoys the process of experimenting with new textures, materials and techniques. In addition to always lending a helping hand or giving advice to younger artists, Ley is our National Art Honor Society Vice President creating several unique ceramic bowls for our Empty Bowls event at the Art Show in June. Congrats, Ley!
