Shoutout to senior Kaylee Ferrarin who stepped up and helped motivate her team throughout the win. Kaylee rolled a high game of 186, finishing with 478. It was junior Noah Bonesteel who led the team, scoring 201 and 212 in games two and three for a 568 series. Myra Snyder continues to be hot on Noah’s heels, shooting highs of 188 and 203 for a 558. Avyn Capasso returned from injury with a strong performance of 515, highlighted with a 180; Devin Reichert kept his head all day and fought bad carry, finding a groove at the end to secure a 181, 478.
On JV Senior Tiffany Houser ended her day with a high game of 99, outpacing her average nearly every game. Fellow senior Ava Amuso also celebrated senior night and rolled a high of 66, once again showing consistency throughout her games. This has been the first season for both Tiffany and Ava and the coaches are incredibly proud of the hard work they’ve demonstrated since November. Other notable scores from JV were rolled by Mikhael Florada, with a JV high game of 147, high series 348; Grace Hansen high game of 105; and Jameson Hawkins high game 91.
The Mountain Lions travel to Hilltop Bowl tomorrow to face Waterford-Halfmoon once more in a rare back-to-back match with the same opponent. BNL then returns to Barbecue Recreation on Thursday for a home match against Hoosick Falls. Good luck bowlers! Congratulations again on your victory! – Coach Marbot and Coach Murphy
