Middle School student council members recently visited kindergarten, first, and second-grade classrooms to read stories and participate in activities with the younger Mountaineers. The elementary students loved spending time with their ‘big kid’ role models, and our middle schoolers did a great job leading, helping, and connecting with them. It was a fun way to build relationships across grade levels and share a love of reading.
