Before the Thanksgiving break, BES Kindergarten students in Mr. Dobbins’, Mrs. Hannigan’s, and Mrs. Wilson’s classes partnered with their 4th-grade buddies in Mrs. Wolfe’s, Mrs. Laz’s, and Mrs. Bersaw’s classes to learn about the Macy’s Day Parade and its floats. Students began working on a STEAM project together, designing their own Thanksgiving Day Parade balloons. Before dismissal for the Thanksgiving recess, they held a parade through the hallways of BES, bringing joy and excitement.
