Hello Music Families,

This year the Music Dept. is going to be hosting a Calendar Raffle for the month of December! Each day in December we will be hosting a raffle for all sorts of different prizes, including locally made gifts and gift cards useful through our community! We will be selling these raffle tickets starting at Fall Fest on Oct. 18th through the start of December at our concerts.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: 

We are looking for donations of gift cards, handmade goods, or monetary donations to help purchase goods for our December Calendar Raffle! These can be of any value, but $10 and up would be the most helpful! For gift cards, please aim for between $10-50 as a maximum value so we can save bigger prizes for holidays in December.

We also are looking for families and students to reach out to local businesses to see if they are willing to donate their time or resources. Please leave a donation form with them if they are willing to donate and ask them to either mail back the form and donation to us (can also be arranged for pick-up at a later date), or fill out the form and provide the donation and form back at the time of asking.
