In order for the Berlin Central School District’s Transportation department to accurately prepare for the 2025-2026 school year’s bus routes, information regarding before and after school childcare pick up and drop off locations is required.
REMINDER: PLEASE NOTE THIS FORM IS ONLY IF YOUR STUDENT(S) NEEDS TO BE PICKED UP OR DROPPED OFF BEFORE OR AFTER SCHOOL SOMEWHERE OTHER THAN THEIR HOME ADDRESS.
Please fill out this BCSD Transportation Childcare Form COMPLETELY if you wish to have your child(ren) picked up and/or dropped off at a childcare location. Please submit this form to the Transportation Department by August 12, 2025, so that your child(ren) can be placed on the correct bus route for pick up and drop off locations. It is important to remember to update this information with the Transportation Department should changes occur throughout the school year. The 2025-2026 Bus Routes will be emailed to all families no later than August 19, 2025.
