The BMS & BHS Jazz Bands held their second Jazz Café on April 8th. It was a great addition to have the BMS Jazz Band as part of the performance lineup. The cafeteria was packed with families, staff, and community members enjoying the jazz music, food, and refreshments.
The sales from the donated food items and the tulip centerpiece raffles will go directly back into the Berlin Middle High School Music Department to create musical opportunities and experiences for the Mountaineer Musicians. Thank you to all who donated food and refreshments.
Thank you to Mrs.Tristin Webster and Rebekkah Corbett, parents of many musical Mountaineers, for initiating an interest sign-up last evening to create a Berlin Performing Arts Booster Club. Thank you to Mrs. Gould’s BMS & BHS “Jazzers” and Mrs. Modesitt’s vocal soloists for creating a wonderful evening and atmosphere, with many in attendance looking forward to their next café event.
