The following message and information will be backpacked with BES students in grades 3-5 this week.
Dear Parents,
Berlin Elementary is excited to offer the students of Berlin Elementary School an After School Enrichment Program for 4 weeks. Classes will meet on the following Tuesday dates: April 1, 8, 22, 29. There will be no make-up days. The program will run from 3:30 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. Parent pick will be prompt at 4:30 we will not be using the after school buses. If you make arrangements for another adult to pick up your child, please be sure to list the person who will be picking up on the permission slip. If this changes, you would need to send in a note or call the school.
Students who participate in a program will be called to the cafeteria at dismissal time . We will not have a nurse available after school, please keep this in mind with any medical history.
This session of ASE will be for grades 3-5 only. The program will consist of 4 groups in which all students will get to do a week of each program. These programs for this session are: Backyard Games, Cooking Club, Mindful Movers and El Espanol Con Mis Amigos. All students will participate in a week of each.
Permissions slips must be returned by March 14 .
