National Heroes’ Day has been celebrated in the United States since 2020. People from diverse cultures have heroes in politics, arts, activism, the military, and beyond. Moreover, we have heroes at home, such as supportive friends, kind grandmothers, and caring teachers, who are also heroes. We encounter numerous heroes daily.

The Berlin Elementary Shooting Stars Classroom would like to celebrate our hometown heroes by inviting them to visit the classroom and talk about the ways in which they positively impact their community.
