You must schedule your senior portrait formals through Upstate Images. You can find the information below in the senior yearbook package, Schoology or below.

Let the planning begin! We are excited to announce that we have chosen Upstate Images as our official senior photographer for the Class of 2025.
Upstate Images will be at the Berlin High School on October 2 & 3, 2024.
For consistency of the yearbook background & dress requirements, a portrait sitting should be scheduled with Upstate Images to be included in your senior yearbook. Deadlines must be met to be included in the yearbook; please have your portrait taken as soon as possible, dates and times at the school are limited, schedule your appointment today. Session offerings may be limited after the first set of dates.

What is required for the yearbook?
- The yearbook portrait must consist of a formal head and shoulder photo with the student wearing either a tux or drape against the traditional blue background.
- Select a second image if you’d like to use it for your informal yearbook image.
- The studio will provide the required yearbook attire and cap & gown to borrow for your session.
- Session 1 Sitting options: (Sitting fees are prepaid online when the session is booked.)
- Platinum – $40 sitting fee includes 25-30 images: traditional yearbook attire, plus cap and gown, plus three casual outfits of your choice and multiple background choices.
- Gold – $30 sitting fee includes up to 20 images: the traditional yearbook attire, plus cap and gown, plus two casual outfits of your choice and multiple background choices.
- Silver – $15 sitting fee includes up to 15 images: the traditional yearbook attire, plus cap and gown, plus one casual outfit of your choice and multiple background choices.
- Yearbook only – This sitting is free and includes four images in the yearbook attire only. Please call our customer service team at 1-855-773-3321 to book this session, it’s not available to schedule online.
AFTER the photo session you will:
1. Receive a QR code with access to your images on the day of your session.
2. Access to your image gallery will be available within 24 hours of your session.
3. Need to view your gallery and select your yearbook image for the senior section of the yearbook.
4. Be able to order packages, graduation announcements, and much more online.
