Learn more about Ms. Ferullo in her own words below.

I am excited to join the Berlin family!

After high school I attended the University of Rhode Island. While there I earned a sociology and psychology degree. After graduating I returned to upstate New York and joined the workforce. While working I decided to return to school and in doing so earned my master degree in education at The College of Saint Rose. I was able to find a teaching job right out of college and worked as a special education for the last 21 years. During my tenure I once again decided to further my education and went back to school to earn my School Building Leader Certificate at the University at Albany.

I have spent the last 21 years as a special education teacher at Hoosick Falls CSD. While there I had the opportunity to work at the elementary, middle, and high school level. Every level helped me learn and grow as a person and as an educator. During my tenure I also held positions as a coach, mentor, tutor, and union leader just to name a few.

I am a mom to one amazing young woman named Isabel. Isabel is a junior in high school and keeps herself very busy with school work, extracurricular activities, and working. We have a rabbit named Arlo Dash who lives in Isabel’s room and a puppy named Milo Bear. Both of them are full of personality and keep us on our toes.

When I am not working I enjoy reading, traveling, kayaking, watching NFL football, and spending time with my family and friends.

Welcome Ms. Ferullo!!
