Dear Berlin Families,

There is a lot of excitement surrounding our upcoming Prom tomorrow, Friday, May 13th!  The venue for this event is at capacity and we know our kids are looking forward to their big night at Bloom Meadows.  We are looking forward to this being a memorable Prom experience for all.

Just a few reminders for tomorrow:

1.  All students need to have the prom promise permission slip into Ms. Day or Mr. Ellis by 8a.m. on Friday, May 13th. Attending Prom Promise is mandatory for all students attending prom.

2.  Only students, shuttles and faculty may drive and park at the venue during the event.  Parents can quickly drop off if necessary, but they may not park and take photos on the property or along the road.  It is strictly drop off and shuttle service only.

3.  All students are to be off the property by 9:15p.m..  All vehicles must be removed from the venue at this time as well.  No cars may be left in the lot overnight or they will be towed.

Also, Grand March begins at 4:00p.m. at BMHS.  Prom begins at Bloom Meadows at 5:00p.m..  There will be a bus to transport students from BMHS to the venue. Additionally, any student who is attending our school’s chaperoned after prom activities will need to ride the bus from the venue back to BMHS.

We thank you in advance for your support and anxiously await Prom Night!

Sincerely,

Kim Brownell
BMHS Principal
