BNL Modified Girls Soccer vs. Hoosic Valley 9/23
In a physical match up against Hoosic Valley, BNL modified girls played hard and stuck with it through the whole game. Lilly Meyers scored BNL’s only goal, assisted by Celia Bautista. Anna Ward had lots of action in the goal with 11 great saves.
BNL Modified Boys Soccer vs. Hoosic Valley 9/23
The boys modified soccer team came up short in a hard fought game on Thursday in Hoosic Valley. Cale Maxon, Gabe Smith, and Jack Hart led the charge up top getting good opportunities to score but couldn’t find the back of the net. The defense was led by strong play from Lukas Zuke and Andrew Crimmel. Jack Hart had another great game in goal, adding 10 saves to his season. The boys continue to fight and get better every game!
BNL Varsity Boys Soccer vs. Hoosic Valley 9/23
Hoosic Valley traveled south to take on Berlin- New Lebanon on a windy day for some good soccer. Both teams came out strong, and the game was back and forth from 18 to 18. Goals scored by Logan Reilly for Hoosic Valley and Matt Hart from BNL. Each keeper had good days in the goal, both making some great saves. It was a good game between two teams that really came to play.
