In a statement earlier this week, Gov. Kathy Hochul said new guidance would be forthcoming by the end of this week, however, we have been advised that any guidance from the NYSDOH will be issued early next week. This is due to the fact that new regulatory changes are being made through the NYSDOH – in order to do so, the NYSDOH must meet with the Public Health Planning Council.
The Berlin CSD will continue to update this plan as developments arise, and keep families informed as to any changes in guidance or other relevant information.
