The Berlin Central School District’s Administrative Team recently went on a day retreat to Jiminy Peak. The retreat was an opportunity for strategic planning and team development leading to shared goals and understanding.
This type of vision and the goal-oriented retreat offer opportunities for the administrators of BCSD to plan, create and improve a framework for a clear and united vision that will benefit the students and staff of BCSD as well as the greater Berlin CSD community.
“The Administrative Team’s retreat contributed to comprehensive long-term planning for the next three to five years, in alignment with the visions and goals of the respective departments and schools, ” said Superintendent Joseph Dhara.
