Over the last two weeks the Berlin Elementary Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) and the Berlin Middle/High School PTO have shown their appreciation for the Berlin Central School District staff on behalf of the school community.
The morning of May 6, the BES PTO set up a surprise appreciation of grab and go goodies at the elementary school for all BES staff. That afternoon the BES PTO had another grab and go goodies surprise, this time for the BCSD transportation staff.
On May 11, the BMHS PTO held a pizza and salad luncheon for the staff at the middle school and high school. The appreciation continued for the transportation department as well, with a pizza luncheon on May 13.
The BCSD PTOs are always interested in opportunities for parents and teachers collaborating together to enrich students’ school experiences by supplementing and funding activities and programs. Their enthusiastic efforts for BCSD through fundraising and volunteerism are tremendous contributions to the schools and a wonderful reflection of the community that surrounds BCSD.
