Recently a group of 12 Berlin High School students took the opportunity to take their learning out of the classroom, way out of the classroom. The students along with teachers Karen Day (Spanish), Jessica Gould (Music), and Robert Gould (Social Studies) traveled to Athen’s and a handful of Islands to study Greek history and culture. Students were mixed with two other school districts and with the help of social media they have made some connections they will keep for a long time.
EF educational tours provide a platform for students to engage in a cultural experience while having the comfort and oversight of a guided tour. Students are selected from Berlin based on merit and recommendations. This is the 8th tour that the Berlin students have participated in with EF.
