Frank J. Zwack, Berlin CSD School Board President, was honored with the Capital Area School Development Association (CASDA) Friends of Education Award at the Friends of Education Dinner held at the Albany Marriott Hotel on February 28. CASDA presents this award to recognize the selfless contributions of individuals who dedicate themselves to serving students and enriching their school communities.
Zwack has more than 30 years of service to local school boards, serving on Berlin CSD Board From 1983 – 1999 and 2002 – present and the Questar III Board from 2015- present.
