During their monthly assembly, Berlin Elementary students learned from teachers and third grade students about being responsible, safe and respectful in school hallways. Principal Tracy Kent picked 10 student names from the Mountaineer Merit bowl. The assembly concluded with Kent announcing the winners of the Mountain Guide and Mountain Climber awards.
Congratulations to the following students who were awarded the Mountain Guide Award: Demi Kormos, Mason Kempter, Kiley Quetti, Liam Killeen, Aidan Gates, Mackenzie Garhart, Emma Shorter, John Hart, Hope Sharpe, Mackenzie Walko, Paulie Miller and Alexis Rifenburg. This award recognizes students who consistently follow expectations at school and serve as role models for others.
