MS/HS Physicals- November 7, 2017, BES- December 12, 2017
New students to the district and students in grades Pre-K, Kindergarten, 2nd, 4th, 7th and 10th grades are required to have a physical within the last year. Any child who has not had the required physical or whose documentation has not been received in the health office will be scheduled to be seen by our school physician. If your child has an appointment for an upcoming physical, please call the health office with your appointment date as soon as possible.
Winter Sports participation –sign-ups are currently going on. Your child must have an up-to-date physical on file in the health office in order to be eligible to participate. Physicals from private physicians are acceptable. If your child has signed up for a winter sport, and the health office does not have an up-to-date physical on file, your child will be scheduled to receive a physical by our school physician on November 7th.
